Refund policy
Starting returns is easy!
- Please email us at info@burrowspets.com to start a return.
- Include all order details in your return request email.
What items are returnable? (eligible for returns)
- 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- The item must be unused and unassembled. It must be returned in the original packaging along with all original items (e.g. tools) that came inside the package.
- Items missing parts, original packaging, or have been damaged cannot be accepted for return.
- You are responsible for the complete set of the returned goods.
- If the item to be returned does not meet the stated conditions, we unfortunately will be unable to offer a refund.
- Once the goods have been received and inspected by our quality team, a refund will be authorized.
- The refund will be credited to the original method of payment.
- Please be advised that you will be responsible for paying the return shipping for the item. This will be automatically deducted from the returned amount.
- We cannot offer refunds for shipping costs paid with the original order.
Damage, loss, or theft issues
- If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will attempt to remedy the situation. If the purchased product is lost or theft, please collect evidence and contact us at Info@burrowspets.com immediately.
- You will need to provide proof of purchase, order number, and information about the defect or missing part.
How soon will I get my refund?
- After your return has been processed, you will receive a refund notice from us and it will take an additional 1-3 business days for the refund to be returned to your original payment method.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@burrowspets.com.
