Are there additional charges for my US order (i.e. tariffs and duties)?

Not to worry! All US orders are delivered duty paid (DDP), meaning that all duties and taxes are collected during the checkout process. This ensures there are no surprise fees when your package arrives, so you can focus on your rabbit and your new Burrows item!

What are the dimensions of the Harley Litter Box enclosure?

The enclosure measures 38.5" L x 19.75" W x 19.75" H (98 x 50 x 50 cm) (outer dimensions) and 35.8" L x 17.8" W x 17" H (91 x 45 x 43 cm) (inner dimensions).

The hay feeder measures 15.7" L x 4.3" W x 9.8" H  (40 x 11 x 25 cm).

What litter boxes will fit the Harley Litter Box Enclosure?

Standard to large cat litter boxes from either Dollarama or pet stores will fit in the enclosure. An ideal litter box would measure 26.5 x 17.5 inches!

My rabbit is a chewer, are your enclosures recommended?

The enclosure isn't varnished and is made out of kiln-dried pine wood, so the occasional nibble is fine. However, we don't recommend this enclosure if your rabbit has a habit of chewing anything and everything.

If an adequate amount of chew toys and toys for engagement are available for your rabbit, they may not have any interest in chewing the enclosure. But ultimately, you know your rabbit the best!

Can the enclosures be used as a cage?

This is an enclosure/cover for a litter box and is intended to be used to contain mess from hay and litter boxes. This product should not be used as a cage or hutch to house rabbits in 24/7. We understand some rabbit parents may have space limitations, however, we do not condone using this enclosure solely as a cage/hutch.
